If you find anything damaged when you arrive, please report it to us within 24 hours of your check-in so that we don't hold you responsible.
All damages, big and small, must be reported to us immediately during your stay.
You will be responsible for the repair costs of any damages to walls, doors, windows, screens, furniture, appliances, or anything else that belongs to the accommodation.
You are welcome to bring your own baby bed.
A free baby bed for an infant up to 2 years old is available on request.
À la carte Breakfast is served from 08:30 until 10:30.

The booking deposit must be paid in EURO (€) within 3 business days of our payment request. Otherwise, your reservation won't be guaranteed.

The accommodation is cleaned every day.
Fresh bath towel change every 3 days.

We recommend locking the door when leaving the accommodation.
We provide a safe where you can lock away your most valuable possessions.
Please note that we will not bear any responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.

Please inform us if you wish to extend your stay and keep your accommodation beyond 11:00. An extension may be given depending on our availability.

- Late Check-out: 20€ per hour
If you have not arranged a late check-out time with us and fail to vacate the accommodation by 11:00 on your check-out date, we have the right to remove your belongings from the accommodation. Please note that we would only do this as a last resort.

In the event that you need to check out earlier than planned, we are unable to provide you with a refund under any circumstances.
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances in the event that you cancel your reservation.
You may be able to reschedule your booking.
The following terms apply:
- Rescheduling your booking is free.
- You can reschedule your booking only once.
- Rescheduling your booking is subject to availability.
- Rescheduling your booking must take place at least 21 days before your scheduled arrival date.
- Your new booking dates must be within 2023 - 2024.
- You must submit a request in writing to reschedule your booking.

If you don't arrive on the check-in date of your reservation and if we don't hear from you, the status of your reservation will change to "no show" and the accommodation will be made available. We will then have the right to reserve it for other guests. Your deposit will not be refunded.
